Testimonial

“The Care Advantage has been a lifeline for our family. The caregivers are like extended family members, providing not just assistance with daily tasks but also companionship and emotional support. We are grateful for the genuine care and attention they provide to our loved one.”

A friendly face you can rely on

Our support staff are there to make life easier, whether that’s helping around the house, caring for a complex condition, collecting shopping or prescriptions, or providing company on trips. We aim to become a friendly face that you can rely on, and hope you will look forward to our visits as much as we do.

Care is completely flexible. We can visit as often as you need us, and provide the right level of care. Just let us know what we can take care of so you can enjoy spending quality time together as a family.

What we offer

We understand that people need more than just physical support to feel happy and fulfilled. Our support staff are great company as well as highly skilled. If it’s companionship you’re after, we can pop in for a chat and a cup of tea, share hobbies, and listen to you or your concerns.

We also offer traditional home care such as help with washing and dressing, light housework, meal preparation and gentle reminders when it’s time to take medication. And homecare isn’t limited to when you’re at home, we can go with you on trips, get you to appointments on time or be there to meet you at the bus stop.

Support staff are also trained to detect subtle changes in your health or mood so we can respond rapidly with higher levels of care if necessary, or tell you know if we think your GP or wider care team should be involved.
